What is the end result of what we are BEING?

How would we engage in that, and what would be the end result of us being love in any one moment, or being peace and harmony and alternatively, being aggressive, grumpy and angry?

These are all Beingnesses that we may be assuming and BEING at any one time during the day or night.

The end result of beingness, whatever we are being in that moment, will affect what we're thinking and ultimately, our actions.

Words and actions stem from what
we are being in any moment.

Being Love

Loving, kind, compassionate thoughts, words and actions.

Being Grumpy

Grumpy, judgemental thoughts, words and actions.

Being Happy

Happy, friendly thoughts, words and actions.

This is what Mahatma Gandhi meant when he said:

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

He didn't say do it or think it, he said Be it.

So our job is to determine at any time:

“What am I being in this moment?”

and deciding,

"Do I enjoy being this?"

"How does it feel in my body?"

"How does it contribute to a more heart-centred way of life and world"?
